Formally trained as a Modern Analyst at the Hyman Spotniz/Phyllis Meadow Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies in Manhattan as well as The New York Graduate School of Psychoanalysis, I completed my field-placement/ externship at New York's Bellevue Hospital. I also have a working relationship at The Metropolitan Center for Mental Health Clinic. I received further life coach training under the direction of noted professional guidance coach and mentor Joseph L. Russo.
The Modern Analytic approach employs a variety of modalities as “needed”, in other words “we do what ever is necessary, what ever works”, such as CBT, DBT, EFT, Classical Freudian, Modern Analysis, Life Coaching etc... The point is, we “meet” the individual where they are psychically. Each relationship is individual and tailored to that person’s needs.
